Heartwarming Art

These two custom framed pieces of heartwarming art are a reminder of my parents. Once they passed away memories began to flood my heart. My husband and I were on a weekend get away in North Carolina and sitting at a local restaurant I noticed these variety of beautiful intricate botanicals. I asked the waiter who was the artist and I found out she was from my hometown Birmingham, Alabama before we moved to Austin, Texas. I contacted her and she painted these two pieces for me. One is a hydrangea representing my daddy’s favorite flower and the other is a dogwood representing my mom’s favorite flower. Each time I walk by I think of them. I know exactly where I will hang them in our new home.
